re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

I just want to say I love you Madcow, and everyone else here. Hugs for everyone! :lol

Thanks for sharing that with us. I'm sure it wasn't easy. We're glad you're part of this extended family and we're here if you ever need us. :lecture

Thank you guys. I really appreciate it. :)

Ahh, you've found my guilty pleasure for the last few months. :rock

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

It's catchy as ****! :rock

Oh hells yeah, all of their songs are. I found them by accident and became obsessed. It's such a cool concept. And their live shows are good too, I wish they would tour the US.

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

I could go see them next weekend:lol

:horror Lucky! I know they were touring for a bit with Lady Gaga but I'm not a fan of arena shows. If I can't see it in a smaller club then I usually don't bother.

I was like who are they? Google search and hey they are playing a festival in Tokyo this weekend while I am there. Not that I would spend one of my days there but I was kind of funny and random. Although the list of acts would be quite interesting.

What festival is it? And that's awesome you get to go to Japan. Besides Prague, it's my most wanted to visit destination.

Summer Sonic. I am stopping over there for a few days on the way back to the states from Guam. I have been to the airport maybe 20-30 times going to of from other places and have never left the airport figured why not since it finally worked out good schedule wise.

I may go to Prague at some point, I have a friend from czech republic I could go see when she if she was back there. Right now the one place left I have always wanted to see is Egypt. I will go there at some point even if I have to take a chance with crazy *****. Have been really wanting to go to Amsterdam, Moscow and St Petersburg(the real one not the one in FL) I am lucky I travel so much for work I sometimes can stay places, make side trips or just use the miles/points I have built up for travel.

I wanted to rep you guys, but this stupid thing said I couldn't!

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

Today was the first day of my basketball league. My team won 77-73. I had 28 points.

Then I get on the computer to see Robin williams, a guy from GOT who wouldve played Deny Mallister and a local boy only 16yrs old who died in a car accident.

Great day turned upside down. I dont understand why these things happen.

I got a chance to watch LEGO 3D since getting it from Kenben. I enjoyed it more after seeing it a second time, but here's how I rate the 2014 movies I've seen:

Guardians of the Galaxy
X-Men: Days of Future Past
Edge of Tomorrow
Godzilla
The LEGO Movie
How to Train Your Dragon 2
The Grand Budapest Hotel

Missing on that list are two that most have seen that I haven't: Dawn of the Planet of the Apes and Captain America: The Winter Soldier.

Haven't seen Edge of Tomorrow, Godzilla, CA:WS or HtTYD2.

For me its

Guardians of the Galaxy/Lego Movie
X-Men
Planet of the Apes

And then a bunch of other crap I saw that aren't worthy of making the list.

What were you doing driving on the shoulder? Are Asians really bad drivers? :monkey3

:lol :lol :lol
NO!!! I wasn't really driving on the shoulder. I was turning right at the intersection with a red light. I just happened to be turning right in the shoulder. The 3 cars behind me were definitely driving on the shoulder though. The police caught them too, and rightfully so!! :lol
That's what they all say.
What an ***hole.
I know right! Bad Asian drivers :monkey4
Suicide is a really selfish act but as someone who's almost been there a few times (something I haven't told many people), you don't see it that way. Your mind is so clouded in your own misery and problems that you shut everything else out. You only want to stop the pain. Mental illness and depression are horrible diseases that stay with you for life. I fight with it everyday though hide it the best I can. Somedays are better than others.

I don't want to make this about me, I just want to be honest. Robin Williams' death hits me on a lot of different levels and is an unfortunate reminder of the demons that I, and many, many others, fight every day. You guys are a big part of keeping me centered. Being able to come here and vent my frustrations every once in a while means a lot. Thank you...

I forgot I saw Maleficent. I went ahead and moved Dragon 2 up the list, too. :lol

Guardians of the Galaxy
X-Men: Days of Future Past
Maleficent
How to Train Your Dragon 2
Edge of Tomorrow
Godzilla
The LEGO Movie
The Grand Budapest Hotel

That's cool. I wish I could do a little traveling with work.

****ing bastard. :p

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

I liked it. Thanks to Disney's stupidity, I'll have to order the UK Blu-ray since they're not releasing it in 3D here in the US. :cuckoo:
Well that's ****ing stupid :duh

Do they still do the region locking thing?

Was Maleficient REALLY that great that it is above LEGO and Dragons??!!!

I wasn't all too excited about it. And I'm the resident Disney freak here. :(
