OMG! What MASH figure is that? And what was that Battlestar Galactica kit? God I love vintage toys.

I didn't even notice anything from MASH! But yes, he had a LOT of BSG stuff! Good vintage turnout at this show. I almost bought a vintage carded Urgah figure from Ewoks for $40. The card was C7 I'd say. Bubble ding on top left from corner, and the card had some creases and split edges. Still, $40 was a good price. I offered $35, he declined. Went back later to try again, but it was gone.

No real justification other than I have made a lot from selling and custom work... but this is roughly double what I've ever spent on a single figure

All around it's probably a bad idea... but worst case scenario if I really regret the purchase I have a feeling I could sell it and not loose any money on the deal.

I've got the nostalgia... at least I did like the cartoons and comics at the time. But, I honestly never knew about any of the Droids figures other than R2 and C-3PO. I did know more about the Ewok line... so I'd probably start with that one if I ever got into it.

I used to own both the animated C-3PO and R2-D2... those are two figures I wish I didn't loose or destroy playing with them

The MASH stuff is cool. I like the line because it's usually really cheap, $5-10 each. The best part about the line to me is that they actually had the balls to make a figure of Klinger in women's clothing:
