I guess I shouldn't say I wish I never started collecting because I truthfully do love it and bashing figures is so fun and fulfilling, but I do wish I had been more discerning when collectibles were inexpensive. It was too easy to impulse buy and that has lead to me having at least 60-70 1/6th figures I would much rather not have in my collection.

Without it I would have never been allowed the opportunity to meet the best friends I have in the world.

If we didnt spend money on this we would spend money somewhere else. Dont lie to yourself and say you would save it haha. My buddy who doesnt get why i spend money on figures and statues spends all his on fishing supplies and his boat. To me its the same thing. Our money buying us things for enjoyment.

Very true; but I maintain that experiences beat material possessions, so balance is a must. A lot of you guys have developed real world friendships around this stuff, though, so of course there is that.

I got a new job. 279 rooms in the most metropolitan area of the state.

I also found a picture of the theater where I saw Star Wars in 1979, four years old, first movie ever.

Sadly, I did not get to ride Small World after we chatted. I will have to see how it hits me on the next trip with your theory in mind.

The last time I went on Its A Small World it broke down halfway through and we were stuck there for over an hour. That song makes me violent now.

It can easily go cute to nightmare in no time. I got stuck on Haunted Mansion watching an animatronic cat meowing but tbh I could have sat there all day.

Yeah. It's pretty stupid. I didn't even like the movie that much. I just kept buying each new version and didn't get around to selling the old one. I've got the first one, bank robber, DX-1 which came with the parts to make a police officer one, and DX11. So, I actually have five. I miscounted.
