Well, at least they're changing it enough that it wouldn't be recognizable. The only thing that's going to be the same is the names of the characters.

Alexander was a good film. It at least told it the way it was .............. strong Roman men sleeping with other men.

Joking aside, it was a good movie imo.

Don't try and compare the two is the best advice i can give. The old one is a classic and will remain so no matter what. This will be an entirely different beast, and i understand that they're going for an updated look and feel. I still don't think Collin can pull of Dandridge, but who knows what they're trying to do.
