Got mine yesterday, gotta say great looking figure, feels a bit like a poseable moneybox but still good, paint apps aren't fantastic but there not bad either, looks better in person then in photos more detail

Mine came today. I like the green color, but I hate the brown on his nose! way too dark. Gonna hve to pull out my Jabba display case to replace the Hasbro Gammy I have in there.

Mine is out for delivery, I should have him anytime now. I will try to post some pictures of him tonight.

Pics guys, please.... this color issue seems to be a personal choice whether its good or not, which generally means its off to me.

You could always adjust your set :dunno

It's better then the proto IMHO, despite the colour issue I'm looking forward to the second one (whatever it's name is )

My two just arrived. What a great looking figure. I am really impressed. At first glance, they appear to be a bit darker than I would like, but I can live with it.

I will let you guys judge for yourself. Here are a couple quick shots of him unfutzed and straight out of the box.

GREAT pictures, Chakaman! Looks like the paint apps on yours aren't too bad...and, wow...for straight-outta-the-box, he's looking pretty good!

Yeah, there is lots of light. Thats where they are going to be displayed so I can live with it. In natural light they are a bit dark.

Here are a few more, once again in a well lit area..

I am pretty impressed with this guy. I cant wait to open up my second one tomorrow and take some more pictures. I also will do some futzing and possibly some touch up work on some of the paint job.

Ow yes Wor-Gar, that is Barada. :)

Collected mine yesterday from my local retailer. Color looks ok to me. Articulation could have been made better during design phase but overall I am happy with my Gammy.

...and your quick pics are appreciated, Chakaman! It's actually pretty impressive how well he looks right out of the box.

Can't wait for Monday....

Ok, first let me say I'm a big fan of SS and I've been impressed with the entire SW line. I'm very impressed with Hammerhead and Greedo. The sculpt and even more the paint job on hammerhead are perfect and they should be for the price we are all paying.

Now all that being said, not so happy with the Gammy and I'm only saying this because it seems some guys are on the fence about this $119.00 figure. The pros are the weapons, armor and the bottom half of the sculpt look great. The cons and this is only one man's opinion, size seems small when with other SS figures, sculpt detail in the face and paint detail on the face. I think this could be a much nicer fig for all the guys who will take him and rework the detail but for the guys who are expecting SS Hammerhead quality, this guy doesn't have it.

Now all that being said I've attached a side-by-side of a custom Hasbro and the stock SS version. I know this isn't far since one is hand finished and the other isn't but it is a far comparison of a $20.00 sculpt and a $119.00 sculpt.

I see what you mean, but it looks like SSC did a great job. The SS version looks like a guy wearing a mask, just like it did in the film and that's what I want, to look like the film.
