It means I may switch to cable. DSL sucks ass compared to it. So many of you have 20 Meg connections to my almost 3 Meg. I see now why shotting you guys in the face has no effect.

Kit I know Verizon has a new 7.1 meg DSL could call and see if its available for you.

I would love to see a longer test out there. I really dont think cable can maintain that speed. Plus they dont guarantee that kind of speed. I know with Charter who is my area they only guarantee 5 megs but its a lot more expensive. I am going to hold out for Fios.

Me either, I was really pissed they sent me a flier to upgrade to 7.1 so I called and they said you cant get 7.1. I was quite pissed. Between that and the F'n Fios banner i could throw a rock and hit from my apt hanging on the side of the Verizon switching station made me look into cable but it so dam expensive by itself.

Yeah, I am PO'ed at them too for it. The best part is the company I work for offers upto 15mb DSL. I have personally installed DSL in peoples homes that's been 19mb ( close to the CO ), but my company does not provide service where I live yet.

Off-topic, but it's funny. Here's a tip for youguys. My indian buddy brought back some weird indian hot sauce that didn't have english on the botth, so I tried some. BAD IDEA. My mouth burned for like 3 days. Tip of the Day: If you're used to food that isn't spicy, don't eat anything that doesn't have English on the label
