I love the "I ordered but will cancel" lines. Well I ordered everything at the con and I will cancel everything. The GG bust is nice, and its a good price. But I have nothing to display it with so I'll cancel.

Anyway I pre-ordered mine and am all set. Just annoying one day it pops up with no warning.

Are these expected to ship December?

What's the big deal, the day's pre-orders go up around 9am PST time every day of the con and are usually high enough ES you don't have to worry about missing out on them, if they thought people might not get an order in, they'd handle it differently.

and you point is??? i ordered to give myself the decision to make later. if i like it i keep the order, if not...i cancel.

I wasn't planning on getting him, but rest assured, I'll send them a mail telling them what I think about this. After all, it's not just the Grievous 1:1. Only during this years SDCC there where at least 5 items only shipping from the US. As if the EU collectors aren't punished enough already with those high shipping fees, and additional tax costs.

Grievous, for me, isn't about character but his visual appearance. As far as a character, in ROTS he was weak compared to how they played him in CW, however, I love the design ILM ended up with and any well executed product featuring the design I'm game for.

That about sums it up for me as well. Love the design of him, but not the execution. To take him from such a great character in the CW series to such a hacking wimp in ROTS was a major let down. I still haven't decided if I'm going to order him.

Absolutely... If they have an account with Sideshow I don't see why they wouldn't And sometimes they sell them for a little less

Historically, the 1:1 busts haven't sold out too fast, between their size and price, it seems a lot of times there is a lot of interest but a lot of those folks can't pull the trigger. Yoda 1:1 is still for sale at the SSC site last I looked and it's over a year old.

That's true... The 1:1 pieces are usually much more expensive. But IMHO, I think this bust is WAAAAAAAY beter looking than the Yoda bust

Well, the Yoda bust gest mixed feelings, which is why it's still around I'm sure, but even as nice as Grievous is, I'd say it'll take at least a month for him to sell out.

Great looking piece. I wish I had more space for 1:1 busts as they are actually really growing on me as of late.

When I first saw the video for this piece, I thought it might be less than 1:1, but looking at this still, it's fine, guess the fact his body makes him fairly largely had me thinking his head was too, but his size is in his body and height.
