even if this was just 4 MEN

this scene is dumb, the jokes and the delivery are dumb, the tone is weird. theres nothing scary about this scene.

the ghost looks like a disney movie... neon blue, wtf. looks like TRON....

there is no suspense, just feels like a SNL sketch

the music is crap, is like the music from Night at the Museum or the sorceres apprentice....
like the music used in the Tomorrow land movie...

paul feig is such a hack... this clip is so bad... EVERY clip is bad

I'm one of the few that'll say out-loud -- and without apology or equivocation -- that casting all women in a comedy franchise that was previously targeted at, and revered by, almost entirely men and boys genuinely hacked me off ...

... but, you're entirely right that the primary problem with that clip isn't the chicks.

Paul Feig was absolutely the wrong man for this job. Hiring him was the fundamental mistake. His script. His actresses. His unfunny jokes. His cartoon visual effects. His feminist crusade. His apparent inability to make comedies with or for men. His repeated, intentional bitchslapping of the major audience of the original. There is simply no reason that the Ghostbusters franchise should've been handed off to this SJW fop.

The core problem with this movie is male ... though 'man' is debatable.

I'm sure I'll see it eventually, on TV. Curiosity often gets the better of me, but I refuse to contribute to its success.

I can see the feminazis and the people who go out and dress up like Ghostbusters going to see the movie opening weekend. Then there are those people who just go see stupid movies, no matter what. So yeah, it'll do good the first weekend, mainly because there's zero competition. But the following weekends it's going to get slaughtered because of big new releases and word of mouth.

I don't plan on it, but I won't rule it out. I'm not as offended by this movie as many others are, but it doesn't really feel like GB to me, and I'm concerned that it might genuinely be no good.
