I hadn't planned on casting the helmet or gauntlets as most people already have them. If there is interest for multiple people I can do it, but I only have plans for the head and boots right now.

yup. The soft helm is much better than the roto one. I tweaked mine as well by replacing the front ornament piece and adding the leather straps.

Anyone else interested in a cast helm? Speak up.

EDIT: also forgot to mention I'm casting the shoulder armor as well. Pics of that will be up early next week. For those who've already purchased or plan to purchase a Gimli head and want to get the armor too, I'll combine the shipping for you.

Entropy, stellar work!! Looks much better than the current offerings of Gimli. Would the Gimli HS look proportionate on a regular 1/6 body - or would he look like a pinhead?

It would look okay on a reg body, but really needs to be on a shortened dwarf bod.


In the middle of casting now. So far so good, but whew, these are a bit more labor intensive than I had anticipated. And as I suspected, the mold is beginning the break down in spots because of the extreme angles. Can't wait to paint one of these up to show you guys.

Right now I'm going to have to put a hold on future orders, you can still PM me to reserve a spot, but I won't be taking any more payments until I know for certain I can fulfill them.

Before I begin shipping, I will post pics of the cast shoulder armor should any of you who have ordered want to add that in. I know you're down with getting a set Wor-Gar.

Once again, great work Entropy. Amazing how the gold looks alongside the original ring. Definitely an upgrade to those with Frodo.
