I think it's a recast of the official M1 G89 model kit bust.
It's hollow inside and a little croocked so profile angle looks funny but full face is great.
I've got it years ago (ten maybe) from someone in US on ebay for like $300.

I kinda knew the one Gigantic Shin we have seen so far must have a bad hair day lol

In my non critical eyes that Shin Gigantic is pure perfection capturing the essence of the character that I just stop caring about what they got wrong, even at that price.

Shin is definately in my top 3 of Godzillas.
