Future Hiro maybe, but I think you need to work yourself up to a beheading.

Its true, typically you start with gut shots, slowly ease those into disembowelment, move up to limb chopping and then you can finally arrive at beheading.

Its a process, moving to fast can be bad for your psyche :D

I'm glad he didn't actually kill Sylar, its more comic book like. Rarely do the good guys kill the bad guys in comics, they just lock them up until they come up with another scheme to defeat our heroes. Although I will confess I have always wondered why they don't just take out the bad guys for good and actually put a stop to all the schemes that could hurt others. But I guess no one wants to be unemployed.

Can't have good w/o evil, light w/o dark and all that.

But definitely interested to find out who the little girl could see that is worse than him :rock

I'm very glad that Sylar survived. He was really just starting to come into his own as a character and he's got quite a lot of story potential ahead of him.

I can't wait for the inevitable comic book tradition of the good guys temporarily teaming up with Sylar in the face of a greater threat.

They are definitely setting that up. My guess is Sylar will contine to be evil for the first half of Season 2 or so and then will basically HAVE to ally himself with the Heroes in order to survive from the REAL baddie.

Anyone here bummed that they didn't include any of the online comics into the DVD set??? I mean, isn't this whole series supposedly comics like? If so, wtf didn't they put the online comics into the just released DVD set??? :emperor :emperor :emperor

Because DC is releasing them all in a single hardcover graphic novel in October that will also include all of Tim Sale's paintings:

And, yes, that's an Alex Ross cover (Jim Lee is doing a cover as well).

MSRP is $29.99

:rock

Ooh, I'll have to get that. I hope they do a TPB of it though. All my other comics are TPB's and I can't stand it when things don't match up.

I say there's no harm in having a digital version in addition to the paper back version. I'm assuming they won't change any of the online comics' artwork to preserve some continuity.

Ohh . . .any ideas why DC picked it up and not someone else like Dark Horse or Marvel?

Probably because two of the show's key contributors, Jeph Loeb (lead writer/exec producer) and Tim Sale (did all of the Isaac paintings) are DC guys.

Though it's odd that Sale isn't doing one of the covers.

They set up so many interesting subplots tonight. Gonna be another good season. :rock

My personal favorite moment: When Hiro puts his glasses back on after Kensei takes off his mask. :lol

Don't think I'm gonna like Clarie's new love interest, though. The show already has enough preachy characters. Plus, he's not good enough for her. :stake

Another great episode. Nice to see it hasn't lost any steam.

I would've liked the new boy to have a different 'power' than one we've already seen though.
