I just like AE.
I have heard them mentioned here more than once, so I just had a look and they do indeed look very good. Having 'More Choices' is good! Thanks.

With Sideshow offering "free shipping" on many Hot Toys figures now, it really limits what you can use your reward points on. So for example, the Avengers Captain America is $214 shipped from Sideshow, while its $209 shipped from Alter Ego. But Alter Ego will let you use reward points while Sideshow won't, making Alter Ego potentially significantly cheaper. You can use rewards points on 99% of the items on the site
Con exclusives are really the only exclusion to being able to use reward poitns on. You just can't combine offers (ie reward points, gift card, free shipping. Which is fine. I get you can only use one and not all. Most offers/coupons/etc are like that in brick and motar stores as well. Reward points is the main reason I keep buying non-exclusive figures from Sideshow. Plus their shipping is the cheapest for many items, if not totally free on non-exclusive HT items!

True story. And let's be clear: the shipping isn't free. Sideshow is just building the cost of shipping into their price. And then denying you the opportunity to use your reward points or any sale coupons on those items. It's a win-win for them.I haven't used any of my reward points so far, but that really sucks if Sideshow won't let us use them for items with free shipping.

Joker: Ship'em all!! We're gonna take them outta whole new door!!!!
I don't know that there's a single Hot Toys figure in the last 9 months that you can use reward points on at Sideshow; here's a complete list of items with "free" shipping who thereby don't allow the use of points of coupons:
