The one on the right is rubbish. I can't believe anyone would seriously even mention those two head sculpts in the same sentence.

Aaaand, with that I will never again mention that head in this thread. Brings out the trolls.


Just as a warning, I might end up posting pics that contain the head. But it will not be to cause controversy. It will just be to show the figure as I am utilizing it. The head aside, I love the outfit and am glad I forced myself not to buy the last custom set that went up. It's no doubt a great outfit as well, but the tailoring, colors, and price of what comes with the HT figure is awesome.

In the 10 years I have collected from Sideshow I have never been unhappy with their customers service. I guess there's a first time for everything.

I suppose you could get a new shirt on eBay. Yes, you shouldn't have to... but if you like the figure.

OR you could save yourself some money and get it for cheaper in the next couple months if you can wait. Probably get it for closer to $200 even once the flood hits eBay after the 2nd shipment.

Maybe you should call Sideshow and speak to an actual person and explain your concerns and dissatisfaction.

It's amazing to me that many people said they were given a whole Batman head just for calling about a little PERS hatch problem, but YOU can't get an orange shirt replaced. Tell Sideshow that.

Yeah, been on the phone with them twice. First to report the problem, then sent pix. Then got the BS email and called back and explained the issue further and was basically told, "sorry, but there's nothing we can do"....I already sent it back.

I'll look to get one down the road cheaper or wait for a second version from HT. If I can get at a nice discount then the $12 buck I had to spend to send it back won't be such a big deal.

Either way, Sideshow can suck my ass.

I was so shocked when I took the figure out of the box. The PERS is so good on it you wouldn't even think it had moveable eyes.

Small_studios made a stellar paint job on it though but there's only so much you can do with a smooth molded sculpt. It pops more when the molded material has a texture.

Its the first time I've had problems with the PERS on any figure.

Small_studios made a stellar paint job on it though but there's only so much you can do with a smooth molded sculpt. It pops more when the molded material has a texture.

The texture is all people are seeing.

I've got well over a hundred Sideshow products and a few dozen HT products, and in all those I have never asked for a straight up refund. I'm not the kind of OCD collector who over inspects a figure or has unrealistic exceptions of perfection, I know there are defects and nothing is ever perfect, so for Sideshow to simply right me off and tell me that there was essentially nothing wrong with the shirt that needed replacement is a little infuriating. It only cost me $12 to send it back, but still, that's $12 I shouldn't be paying.

Oh well, you win some you lose some. This time I lose and Sideshow wins.

I'd fight them about it. That really isn't fair. I guarantee that the glue isn't on every figure, I bet they didn't even check.

You should ask for Sideshow Jaclyn, she's Sideshow's best Customer Service Representative. She doesn't give copy and paste answers.

His left eye is higher in every position no matter how much I jiggle the joystick.

I think it's actually most noticeable in a natural position like this last shot.

I bought a second Reeve Superman as a gift for one of my brothers and I could tell that it was a second hand return. It was a regular IN an Exclusive brown mailer box. I opened that ____ up and the S shield box was all dinged up, the figure was flawed, and it was missing all the plastic wrap and the gel packet. It was clearly a return.

I called them out on it and thankfully got a straight refund, no shipping or anything. The best time to buy is when things are the first to go up. I didn't deal with that crap with my Exclusive Superman or Keaton Batman because I had it ordered from Day 1. If you wait, you risk getting a used, possibly flawed figure.

The head of my Joker was missing white paint on the tip of his nose straight out of the box. I requested an exchange for the head from Sideshow and apparently my exchange will be delayed until May when the rest of their split shipment arrives along with their replacement parts.

Damn I just got 89 bats today and he was perfect I want joker too but damn all the problems with this figure might have to pass on this one its expensive as all hell and the quality dose not equeal the price. If it was made well I would pull the trigger but I am going to wait and see how the second shipments turn out.

It's not. Look closer at the lower eyelids. Just the realism of eyelids and non symmetrical features.
