I just got my bats and joker today, amazing figures!

Still I just dont see $517 when I look at them. I don't see the value in these things anymore tbh.

Yeah, this figure is pretty cool. Haven't taken too much time to futz. Just posed him real quick and took a few shots.

I failed in this pose Gonna revisit it later when I have more time.

The width I folded the ribbon in half I didn't want to cut for fear of it fraying. I just measured the length using the one that was already on the hat so it would fit perfect, for the bow I just eyed it using a promo shot but made sure it was in scale so it didn't look awkward like the one they had already. It amazes me they go to all the trouble to get the suits of cards on the waistcoat buttons but they couldn't get the hat or the pants color and pattern correct.

Okay, gottcha. I'm gonna head to Hobby Lobby soon and see if I can find a ribbon that's the right width to start with.

I had the same problem. You really gotta push for it to snap closed threatening the snap to break. I planned on using the overcoat as my display but like others I ended up using the tux more. It shows off the outfit more and better articulation.

Sweet thanks for the advice. I did get it eventually but I think I am going to take the button off and sew on a metal one in its place. It's just too damn flimsy. I noticed that a lot of the other buttons on his outfit are the same like the pants and orange shirt. Not a super big deal since I will never take them off but it still seems pretty cheap considering how much he costs.

Yeah, I undressed him all the way down to the fatsuit and all the buttons looked like they were barely hanging on. It was not fun and I hope I never have to do it again. So if anyone has to undo those buttons for any reason be very careful.

Although I don't wholly agree with you I kind of feel the same way with a few of these figure coming out lately with these bloated prices. I mean, where does it end?? Loki is $220. Think about that for a minute. That's a lot of ____ing dough and your not even getting a lot with him and he's not even a DX. I don't care how great the outfit and sculpt is. Get real HT. I can only imagine what the Joker 2.0 is going to be. If that thing ( which I don't think it will) has 2 outfits your looking at close to $300. At the very least $240 + for another Joker. And I love the character but I just can't bring myself to lay down that kind of money for another Joker. Inflation is one thing but I can't help but think they are jacking the prices because they can. Can't blame them I suppose. Sorry, rant over. Back to Joker. Which happens to be my favorite figure right now.

I got a spare Joker trenchcoat off m.y.online (top rated ebay seller) for US$32. Probably didnt need to get a spare since my clip is OK, but wanted the spare in case I broke off the snap part. That was the best price I could find off ebay. The seller is great, and packaged things really well.

Hey, let's not give Cornerstorecomics a bad name! They're a great retailer, I highly recommend them.

If you have a problem they're more than happy to help out. I'm going through their customer service as we speak and they're just as good if not better about replacements and problems as Sideshow.

Corner Store Comics is fantastic, really. Email them and see what they say. Provide pics and explain your problem. They'll help you.

I agree. I also bought mine from cornerstore. No problems.

You might be disappointed still when you get a replacement coat. It doesn't close. even with force and the proper clasps. The outer coat is pretty disappointing
