Thanks man, I appreciate it
LOL! I know the scratches are not a defect. I was trying to cheer you up, but my sarcasm did not come across, obviously.its still so worth it man! this figure is purely amazing! (even without a knee guard lol)
Thanks man. I'd expect the issues to be more or less resolved by US release. So I'm not too worried about since I'll have plenty to choose from
To the people that think the scratches are defect lol You all must be crazy as hell lol I was upset though that the second set of armor that came with mine was all broken-looking as if it had actually been damaged in battle...terrible quality control

I'll be sure to use the winking smiley next time.
Anyway, I know you had plans to part one or two of these out so these first two might get to be the ones.
The way the Mk.VI is selling out, there's a very good chance you will be able to sell these and fund the other Marvel figures you have on preorder.
Good luck buddy.
I was able to pick up one of these at BBTS for $199.99 plus $10 shipping today. However, it is a sub collector grade box....... With this being a pre-order, shouldn't the box be in rather decent shape? Have any of you purchased a pre-order "sub-grade" packaging item and been happy with the condition from BBTS?
I did once (hellboy). The box just had a little damage to the corner but the figure itself was perfect.
Subgrade box just means that they don't take additional precautions to avoid the box being damaged during shipping, to be honest to me it just seems like a money grab for the collector grade packing.
Also the Mk VI looks to be an amazing figure I have mine preorder from urban collectables. Can't wait to set it up with my Warmachine and Mk III.
My collecting funds have taken a hit in the last month as I lost an amazing Graphic freelance job. So I'm thinking of selling my Gunmetal Iron Man to fund both the Mk VI and Mk V. It just seems to be that the Gunmetal doesn't really fit into the "armor lineup', if you will. I'm not to sure I want to do that though?: dunno. Any one have any opinions?
It wasnt in the movie so sell it
ditto. I don't have it but never appealed to me since it wasn't in the movie. value wise it may be worth more in the future(Maybe), but I rather have both the VI and V.
That's what i'm leaning towards doing, plus I can easily get about $450 and up on Ebay, might even be able to get myself a Whiplash!
Count me as one of the votes in the 'sell it' column. My collecting funds have taken a hit in the last month as I lost an amazing Graphic freelance job. You sure your notice from Sideshow was for the Mark VI? Seems way, way too early for them to be getting this figure. The thing just came out February 7th in Hong Kong; May would be the most realistic time that the Mark VI would start showing up on doorsteps from Sideshow.Got final payment notice from SS for Feb 20 (which I guess means Monday.) I wonder how long after that does it ship. If it does ship right away I think this has to be the fastest a figure has come to the states after its initial overseas release.
