How I wish HT extended the special base of Mark VI so that WM will also be included in the diorama and we don't have to buy another 1 just for the base. :cuckoo:

The only breaking at the torso that I've heard of is from mishandling. I really dont know how it could just snap in half all of a sudden. If anyone else knows please tell.
I've seen three reports of War Machine busted in half. There was an early report from honk kong with photos when the figure first came out. Then there was the guy with the video review who everyone blamed on user error. And then just this week there was a third report. The two halves of the figure are held together by a tiny fragile black ring of plastic. Its very poorly designed. The only reason there haven't been more reports is because after people saw what's holding the figure together, no one dares make any use of the advertised torso articulation.

The reported broken torsos are from holding the figure at the torso and pulling to remove the head (which can take substantial pressure to do). If you hold the figure at the shoulders and pull you avoid breaking it in half. Regular torso articulation for posing purposes are not the cause of this breakage.

Thank you, qbomb.
That says it all right there. Very helpful post. :duff

Michaels craft stores sells display cases that should fit Hot Toys, they are made for wine bottles I think, and run 19.99 but they are often on sale for 40% off.

I just placed an order for this guy and War Machine on Toys2.net.

Emailed and ask them about the date, they said he should be in stock by April 1st.

Can't wait, Ahhhhhhhhhh !!
