I am still having massive trouble with my Mark VI. Hot Toys are not being very helpful at all.

Does anybody know anybody or heard of anybody who got one with their chest light not working and managed to get it fixed? can I fix it myself for instance?

should be an easy fix if you understand how the circuit works...bulb, switch, batteries...just be careful opening it up

Yeah, look through the threads that had previous IM disassembled to get an idea of what it looks like inside. Check the wire connections on the battery side and the LED side and make sure they're both nicely connected. Before you even begin thinking of replacing the LED you should run your own separate wires off it to an independent power source to test if it works fine.
