On mine i've noticed the battle damaged chest plate and thigh panels don't fit as well as the clean ones. I also don't trust the swappable arm because i think it's looser since it's a pop in and out ball and i have concerns about swapping them too much causing it to be too loose, it doesn't seem to hold poses as well as the right arm.
I did find that i didn't like the new back flaps compared to the old mark 3 because of the thin metal plates, they don't sync with the flaps perfectly so they make the flaps puff out a bit when you lay them against his back they don't lay nice and flat like the old ones did, but these are all nitpickies.
I did think his eyes are not as bright, dunno if it's batteries or just the fact that the design of the head blocks the middle of the light with a bar of plastic, dunno.
