They did make a custom body for her. Its listed in the description.

well they did a terrible job on it. Scarlett Johansson has never, and will never, be that skinny (which is a good thing)

She was actually more plump than usual in the Avengers. They should have given her the original female body as it is a bit thick.
 
Good lord, it does not even look like their is an arm
under that costume in the above pic.

I was really looking forward to this one, too. :(

Wonder if I could switch out the IM2 Widow body
for this one. Sad that a $200.00 figure needs a makeover
right out of the box.

Good point. :)

Being invested in this Avengers line as much as I am,
I figure I will have to find some way to "fix" those arms
if this is the way she ends up looking.

The Iron Man II body was fine, just was not a fan
of the head sculpt. This one looks much more like ScarJo
than that one did, so at least that is something.
 
Maybe it's double jointed and they posed it wrong. They seem to be really bad at posing.
 
That's not the final product...it's the prototype we've seen since ever. Why critique it?
