Yeah, I figured it was done by hand, but if you look the hair seemed to get "longer" as the later shipments started to roll out.

It only seems that way because Mandoman's one has the hair almost straightened out.
The hair was all the same length. The more the hair curls the shorter is seems. But if it has no product it's down past the shoulders.

I actually think mine was from an early batch, i got it just after release at an LCS. I also have the right side of the hair tucked under her collar. It was sticking out too far and I was hoping a little time tucked in would let it lay better. There's actually quite a bit of product in her hair, it just wasn't styled very well. Mine also seems to have the hair a tad longer on the left side. She had a weird flip on the left side as well and wetting just that small portion to restyle didn't seem to be working very well, so rather than mess it up I just left it alone. I'd love for her to have proper slightly curly hair, but I haven't got up the courage to wet it all down to attempt a complete restyle.

I'll cut figures up and glue things all day, but I'm too scared to wet a little dolly hair

While it's an incredible head sculpt, it sadly doesn't scream Scarlett Johansson. Hopefully they nail it if they do a Winter Soldier Widow.

It depends on the lighting and the camera, sometimes she looks like a tiny Scarlett, but sometimes she doesn't, if they go for WS BW I hope they do a good hs then... what they did with Loki is unforgivable

Not only is BW deadly and hot, she has good taste in cars. She drives a Stingray in CA:TWS.

Now we need Hot Toys to make a 1/6th Stingray.

Agreed. Her Winter Soldier look is perfect IMO. Her first appearance was way too long and curly while the Avengers version was too short and kinda plain.

Some people are saying Widow's hair is sculpted. I'm sorry to say I don't believe that's the case. Zoom in and you can see light through some of the strands on the other side of her face. Doesn't really bother me, she looks great anyway. I'm so glad they're making her.
