Wish they would have used that hexagonal style stand for the IM3 diecast figs. Would make it easier to display something like MARK 42 with Iron Patriot on one side, slightly behind and War Machine 2.0 on the other...

Still, loving these new Robo and ED figures. Glad I sold off my originals to fund these! :yess:

...Now bring on BD MurphyCop and ROBOCAIN!!! :hi5:

Looks so flipping incredible... it's going to be a long, long wait.

:drool :drool :drool

This thing is so hard to resist..

Looking good! Thanks for posting them here.

Now someone ought to un-stretch those pics :lol

I ordered the Chair version but now im think I will want one standing and shooting bad guys too, this is gunna be expensive... lol does Robo come with a remote? i thought it was just ed 209?

edit: just re read the specs... now I dont get why it needs a control for sound effects ? whatevs

Part of me thinks the remote is where the sounds will be coming from. Not from within the actual figure itself.

This guy is going to rock :rock

Long wait, but will be so worth it, the figure looks fantastic.

Glad I PO'd when I did, seems he is the new record holder for fastest selling HT figure with UK sellers :lol

Yeah, Waiman from OSB said that his most sold figure was Jack Bauer at 255 units, Robocop broke that...

Not Terminator, not Predator, not Batman, not Ironman, not the Avengers...

ROBOCOP!!!

Anyone here right now who ordered from Collectiblesdirect or has ordered from them in the past? I ordered from them tonight but wasn't thorough enough in my reading of the site - am I going to be charged for my order in full straight away?

Lets just say I'm hoping not but what I since read on the site has me worried. I did not reckon on being charged for Robocop and ED-209 immediately. Thats going to require an emergency cash lodgment tomorrow.

That would've really surprised me before the prototype pictures debuted but not after. I didn't think RoboCop was a franchise I needed to have in my collection but HT really knocked them both out of the park and got me remembering how much I enjoyed the movie (and thinking about how cool ED-209 would look on the shelf). Kind of more excited for this release as I just wasn't anticipating it, prior.

Man, that's pretty harsh if they're expecting full payment 9+ months in advance. Even if you can cover it on your card or whatnot, that's still quite a burden and a little presumptuous to expect that kind of money upfront. I know I checked my pre-order over a couple times w/Urban Samurai because I was surprised that they didn't even want a deposit. Good luck, a-dev!

I wouldn't have chosen this on purpose. I just assumed it was like most of the other sites, order and pay an NRD. There seems to be no UKers logged on right now who can confirm what I strongly suspect, that I am paying for these in full straight away. Maybe its my fault for not reading the site properly before ordering but whatever the case may be, this is not ideal. I'm going to have to borrow money out of my savings to make an emergency payment tomorrow because this will take me something like 300euro over my limit. Thats if its not rejected by my CC company and I don't know how Collectiblesdirect deals with that. Do they consider it a cancellation and charge their own fee on top of what my CC company may charge for my going overlimit (which I've never done before so I don't know)
