Oh no, I gotcha. I was agreeing with you, some times those small ebay companies can't get it right. They bother me too sometimes.
 
totally agree, I don't remember the stitching being so prominent on the jeans in the movie

They didn't, his pants before and after the Stark Mansion attack were jeans with a cuff...just like the very cool clothing set!
 
I personally don't see how that can happen, there was no instruction sheet with the MkIV which came with a pair of sunglasses as well.
 
I took my bf's out the other day. Is it just me or his arms are really hard to move? I tried just to pose his arms but I couldn't figure out how they should be moving x_x

I finally opened mine today and had a tough time bending the arms at the elbow. Finally worked them loose and now they are perfect. Had a few moments when I thought they were going to break though. It really is a great figure--the accessories are amazing.
