Damn, that's one smug son of a *****! If I had the money I'd buy the whole GotG and display them alongside Han and Chewie (Maybe add Deadpool for ****s and giggles). But alas, I cannot. I'll just try to buy Star-Lord, Groot and Rocket from GotG and get Han&Chewie down the line.

Definitely an improvement over that prototype on display at various cons. The smirk is key to the character. I love it!

I jussssst feel the one thing throwing it off is the eyes. To look more Pratt-like, it needs less generic eyes, I think. I did this mockup in 3 minutes VERY roughly, but you get the idea:

I like the raised eyebrow, fits the character better IMO.
