No that means his waitlist order come alive and active, meaning if there was a nonrefundable deposit on this figure it would be charged at that time. the figure isn't coming out for a while.

It would only charge on the 24th if it was in-stock wait list conversion. Since this is a preorder wait list conversion, you'll get a charge notice 14-21 days before the item arrives to the warehouse.

I had to re-read it a couple times to distill the info but it basically says they'll let know when the figure is a couple weeks from being in stock so be ready to get charged at that time.

I got the wait list cancellation email last week as well with the 10% off and free shipping on the regular. Hopped on when I saw the new sculpt as a bunch of others did as well I assume. Did not bite on the offer and my reservation is still not cancelled at this point. As others have said I would like to get it but will have to get them all if I do. So if I do not get it I will not lose any sleep.

Haha I know right? That's why I may pass on AOU Cap to see what his costume would look like. I mean...Civil War should be filming by the time AOU comes out in theaters yeah? Or when Ant-Man comes out.

I was thinking of skipping the WS 2 pack and waiting for AoU Cap, but The Winter Soldier is the best MCU film to me, it's like the T2 of the Marvel Universe. So I'll be getting the 2 pack, Falcon, Winter Soldier, as well as the upcoming Cap figure.

Lol well true on the prices. However, I did straight up buy a war machine 2.0 diecast for $200usd from an eBay auction a while back. Figure was perfect. Also bought a mark 42 diecast from a Con for $250. Also bought Loki 2.0 from the same show for $180. If people are willing, there are places out there where you can find awesome deals.

But will the GOTG2 figures have the Infinity Stone Orb? There's no guarantee that it will come with any of the 2nd version figures, and that's one of the things that I wanted. That's why I PO 'd this figure.

If people want the exclusive accessories like the infinity orb, ebay can be your friend. I know people say that things are way overpriced there (and sometimes this is the case), but you can win items often for good prices. I'm sure they will be making more versions of these characters...How many Black Widows do we have now?

I'd imagine that once the Infinity Gauntlet is fully shown off and revealed, we might get all pieces as a re-release (I would hope. It would well really well, I would think, and would be really cheap to make due to existing molds already done)
