Rumors and speculation. Goodshipped is usually a super-reliable source but according to the updated HT 2015-16 sched, Marty is scheduled for release in Q2/3.

Does seem weird, sounds like this figure was on the cusp of release then something happened at the last minute.
Maybe a QC issue has been spotted at the last minute and there has been a recall.
