As I recall, that figure had two separate runs, and I believe those in the first run could request an updated head sculpt from the second run, but I don't think that led to a delay in the release of the figure.

That's interesting, was there much of a difference in heads?

Closest I've gotten was with the re-release of Classic Predator. I got one of the early heads with a completely different paint job.

I'm pretty sure there was a pretty significant difference, but I' ve never seen one in hand to know for sure. . .because that was a terrible movie. I could have had that figure for $50 and passed.

not fair... i would pass that if they were to pay me 50 to have it! wouldn't justify event the storage space.

The difference was huge. HT was trying out a new manufacturing factory if I recall correctly.

The production pieces suffered so much they quickly rectified it by halting and starting up at another new, (or old?), factory. Also offered replacement heads for those who bought from official retailers.

Here is the new "updated" secret base release list by Budget Stark. Marty's date hasn't changed, so lets relax and get back to the waiting train peacefully. If it comes early will be surprised.
