I've stated this many times. I do not use credit cards on any toy purchases . It's the best approach in this hobby

If you are using them because you can't afford to pay for something I agree. But if you use them and pay the toy off right away (as in, seconds after using the card) like I do, my toys help to pay for my vacations. But if
you run the risk of being tempted to finance your toy purchases on cards, you run the risk of falling down a slippery slope.

I suppose the question is, do you need more than one of each armoured suit? Hot Toys wise I'm only interested in having one myself..., see no need to buy another of anything as there are always new ones to buy.

I don't need two but I'm just confused about selling the other one right away or flip it at a later date. Although Shotgun and Starboobst are the two armors that I'd like having multiples.

You'll probably make more money if you hang onto it before flipping it, Python is going for quite a bit more than it originally retailed for (not that it means they all will go that way though but I'm pretty sure Hot Rod will do well).

Really like the look of this figure. It has both, typical red IM parts and also the "gun metal" like WM areas. Iconic hot rod flames are a suitable addition and it also reminds me a little on the hot rod in Stark's garage.

Why not? It's popular, only a few people don't get it that it's a prototype & an actual suit. I knew it'd get wait listed pretty quickly, preordered mine as soon as I knew it was on the website.

I really love the suits, but don't see the need for this one. I guess I would have thought differently if there was something new - other than some flames. The Striker suit is a better suit - just my opinion.

The suits are supposed to showcase a natural progression of design by Stark. It's why there aren't drastic changes between each Mark but over the course of ten or so they become very different.

So when you have suits that are the precursor to an already released one, they'll look very similar.

Totally get it and appreciate the figure. I guess if your in on all the releases - your in no matter what the suit looks like. Damn you Tony Stark!

Yeah, it'd be good if there was more difference to the suit than no weapon & just some flames, I accept it though because that's how it was intended..., I'd love to get all the suits but I've already missed Python & I've not got the earlier releases either but I've not bought them on purpose as it's been suggested they may make them again in the diecast format. Striker looks superb, totally agree & I've preorder that one too.

Judging from previous releases: Is this usually a good or a bad sign for those who are on the WL? How are the chances that those who want one still get one by WL convertion?

Ah hell. I may have to get on the wait list for this. I have the Iron Patriot and War Machine Mark II, though. It just seems like an unnecessary buy at this point. It is a nice mold, but to have it three times already? Ah!

For those that don't have any version of this mold, I completely understand.

Not sure why, it is not like it is a surprise those figures are coming, we should be pretty certain that there is also a:

Quicksilver
Scarlet Witch
Captain America
Vision
Ultron Soldier
War Machine

All coming down the pipe for the Avengers line as well...was hoping they would have room to get to a Maria Hill in Avengers 2 line up...but probably not likely...
