If this is from a trusted seller I'd be patient as these things can take some time. If you're not inclined to wait then the seller should just be able to offer a refund and you can pick up another one from a different seller. I think you just got really unlucky, 'cause this is not a common problem with the WM. Good luck - it'll be worth it once you have a minty fresh WM, it's a good figure when it's not broken!

thanks Lejuan, I hope everything goes fine.

Just did a photo-review of this guy. Check it out!

Here are a few pics:

Im very happy cause I just received a replacement. The figure is really great. I cant say it deserved to be named figure of the year, but still love it.

I don't come in here often... it got named figure of the year from who?

No way this is figure of the year, great figure... but no way it deserves that title... i would say for me, the MK IV is more deserving.

But whatever, i always kind of worried about the waist articulation, it feels a little... loose and not very sturdy, so i see they do break there... I guess no more hula hooping for WM.

these guys gave it the title of best 12"-18" male figure of the year: https://www.mwctoys.com/poppies_judges_2010.htm

Here are the awards:

T-800, mark IV and even the underrated t-1000 were more deserving for that title IMO.

Don't take any notice of what the industry peeps think of a figure - the people's pick was the T2 T-800 :rock. The T-1000 got MC's vote.

WM is most definitely not a figure of the year for me - but it's a very tidy figure and easily worth the MSRP. I'd be surprised if it ever ended up a grail to anyone outside of IM completists, but I'm glad I picked him up for today's money.

It was a grail for me! I've been waiting for a good War Machine since toybiz popped their first 5in figure out in the 90s. Always loved WM and hope more/better HT versions are made!

No way is WM a "figure of the year", it isn't even the best figure released in the IM line. Great figure sure, but "best" isn't accurate unless you say it's the best 1/6 War machine figure on the market which most would agree with.

Great figure. Could somebody please tell me where the Gatling gun ammo is in the box. I have a feeling I'll be e-mailing hot toys for one. Thanks.

Iirc someone posted an image of it's location not too far back in this thread. It's a tricky little devil. I almost missed it myself.

i'm pretty sure many buyers went crazy when they opened war machine and didn't see the gatling ammo :rotfl
