Are there any guides on how to take the War Machine torso apart? Removed the screws and I cant figure out how to pull the chest apart. Need to get in there to try to fix chest light problem.

I've been scared to death to move his stomach articulation since I got him when he came out.

Yesterday got too frustrated with the arc reactor light on his chest unable to be switched off fully and took out all of War Machine's batteries.
In the end I accidentally used my screwdriver to scratch a slight line on the bottom of his neck-post and lucky it cant be seen when the neck is attached to the figure....Thank God!!

Just hope your shoulder armor doesn't pop off.

One of mine did and it was a serious pain in the *** to fix.

I received my WM replacement today. Everything is perfect except for the light on the right arm. It goes on and off, but turned on it is very low. Is this an issue that can be fixed with new batteries?

I still have my poor WM here that has to be shipped this week. Is it possible to switch arms such as you can do with the Mark VI? Anybody ever done this?

You should be able to swap arms as they are just on a ball joint similar to the IV and VI. If you dont want to do that, just open the battery compartment and fiddle with the batteries a bit. Moving them around can usually fix it. If that doesnt help, put new batteries in and you should be fine.

Thx for the tip on the batteries. Will hunt a screwdriver down now. I am not that condifent about switching the arms as I cannot see the balljoint but small screws...

Get it! I bit the bullet a few weeks back now and haven't regretted it one bit, it looks even more awesome in hand. Now I'm on the verge of getting the Mark IV as well. I just need to figure a way of getting it delivered without my wife knowing.

I switched out the batteries and the lights were perfectly working. Thanks for the tip again. Figure is now perfect. Already removed all the batteries. I also found it useful to buy a set like this. All these screws needed a quality screwdriver set.

Just out of interest are the eye lights as bright as the chest reactor now?
