This is so frustrating to me. Alls I want is a classic Spidey suit, and this is close. . .but that shiny material is a no-go. I've also had mixed experiences with that pleather type material on the Amazing Spider-Man 2 figure. Spidey seems to be the new Iron Man for Howard though, so hopefully we'll eventually see a classic Spidey. . .battle damaged, probably.

I liked the run that this suit had in the books. Not out until 2021, the classic suit which will probably come won't probably hit our shelves until 2023

That suit though, doesn't look good for dynamic posing! I wonder if a material exists that would actually work for a Spider-Man suit that would allow for dynamic posing while still looking good?

That already exists. The Scarlett Spiderman can be put into crazy poses and the suit will be good. They have made there is 5 different suits already not counting one being on PO this would make six and we still have the velocity suit to come out as we saw that at SDCC.

The first 2 are definitely happening, it's simply a matter of patience.

The 3rd one however...I'd say it's a 50/50 shot. But damn, if HT did a 2.0 of the Raimi suit based on the game...all bets are off!!! Y'all mofos will be buying 2 or 3 of em, won't you?!

Everyone (at least the Western/US fans from what I've been tracking) have been raving for Spidey 2099 and Hot Toys has been annoyingly putting out some head-scratchers for this line. Scarlet Spider...yes, that is a great choice as is the original Iron Spider suit but some might disagree with me, but Negative Suit (other than being a repaint), Spider-Punk and even the MK-IV Parker Industries suit here are all ones I really haven't see one everyone's Top 5..or even Top 10 lists.

Either way, this looks REALLY good and is the closest to the original Spider-man suit so far.

Spider-man 2099 is my most wanted from this line. Even over the classic suit. We've had so many iterations of the classic suit (from the various movies, Medicom Comic 1/6th, 1/6th Toy Biz/Hasbro stuff) but I've always been a huge Spidey 2099 fan and would finally like to see that suit get its 1/6th due.

I love this costume in the comics and game -- the illumination makes photos really pop! I decided to limit my HT Spidey PS4 purchases to Scarlet Spider, but this guy is tempting.
