If they re-release the tumbler in any scheme, I hope they lay a sheet of plastic over the roof before packaging it to prevent the styrofoam from causing the finish anomalies like it did on the original.

Come on guys, let's be honest here.. If you guys were in HT's position.

Judging from how much the original black tumblers go for on the after market and the fact that there's still plenty of demand for it, they'd be a full not to re release this.

From the pics i saw currently, it seems that the camo tumblers are used by Bane and his guys, I don't think it's gonna sell well if that were the case. Just like the drones in IM2. they look good, but doubt anyone would buy them, since they take too much space and are costly.

Yea but how many are selling for big prices on ebay? The original run of the Tumber was said to be 500 and they lingered around for a long time.

There might be only 100 or so people that are wanting it. Cause you know 90% of the people in this thread wanting it reissued still will not be buying it.

They lingered for a long time back then, but let's not forget that HT has grown more popular since then. Just look at the threads in this forum

Old Grandpa still needs HELP. Back on 9-27-2011 I posted that I'd lost my balance and fell knocking my Batpod off it's shelf breaking both handlebar mounting assemblies. I really need some photos showing the mounts for the handlebars so I can rebuild them. Hydeus and intothevoid offered help, and I contacted intothevoid and he agreed to send me some pix's, but he forgot and now I can't seem to reach him. PLEASE help this 75 year old Grandpa fix his Batpod.

I have absolutly no doubts that they will rerelease this piece. I dont think it will be a Camo coulourscheme because the black one is more remarkable. After the IM MK I rerelease, IM MK BD, IM MK II AU, DX Joker 2.0, TF Excl. Batman the only thing I am wondering about is when it will be released and wether it will be an upgraded version or a simple rerelease.
I would love to see a black one with additional camo decals/magnets/whatever... So both parties would have an advantage from the new Tumbler. Those who already have the original will be able to display it as camo version together with Bane and those who dont have one yet will finally be able to add it to their collection.
Also a battle damaged variant would be interesting, but I expect the Batpot to be destroyed in DKR (its still Batman, 3 vehicles wont survive a whole movie), so the battle damaged feature might be better for Batpot. On the other hand it would be great to get a set of Selina and Batpot but I have no high hopes for that...
So looking forward to DKR merchandise!

Yeah, just wait for the proto pics or just the teasers of that new HT Tumbler from TDKR before deciding cause you never know if they're gonna re-issue the black version pray or make the camo version pfft.
