Hot Toys 1/6 Tumbler/Batpod Batman

Considering the Lightcycle is $300 with a figure (non-articuated) AND is a new mold AND Lights-up, this thing pretty expensive.

Should of been cheaper as they didn't have to do any work except for the box and just re-produce this as they did it all ready

Just ordered my pod, I can eventually display that, but the Tumbler and the upcoming Batwing/plane while being awesome are just beyond any ability of mine to use.

OK, I'm in for this! This is the last of the trilogy so that made the choice easy as to whether I'd be picking up HT's TDKR lineup or Avengers lineup. Unlike you rich dudes, I can only afford so much. But at least with TDKR, I know there won't be another movie coming out in a few years that will produce remakes of what I've purchased. As for Avengers, well, I'll wait for figures from the sequels to the standalone films or just wait for Avengers 2. Thanks for cleaning out my wallet Hot Toys! Although if Hulk is a reeaalllly good figure, then...

Marvel will continue to be milked...er...ripe for further development...while this incarnation of Batman is done for now.

Any thoughts? I assume not, as it isn't mentioned in the description, but it would seem to be necessary if you want to pose Batman on it.

I find it odd that people sold off their Tumblers and/or Bat-Pods but will now re-order it because it's "in" right now.

Is it becuase you all really missed it (why did you sell it?) or is it because it's a "new" thing to order and get that buzz from the hype, the waiting and the unboxing again?

I'm not being sarcastic, it's a genuine question, i don't understand quite a few of you buying something you've already had and didn't want to keep, what has changed?

I sold mine, when I sold EVERYTHING off. My entire collection, I had way too much stuff and needed a break.

I've re-focused my collecting since last year when SS got the DC license, and just didn't think I would be able to get these 2 pieces again (pretty much the only 2 pieces I wanted to re-acquire since I sold off my collection) because of how much they were going for on eBay.

Pretty much my reason.
