Something about this figure just doesn't impress me like I thought it would. I don't think a better Leonidas could be made in 1/6... but I think the overall piece just seems a bit off to me.

Yea, I gotta admit, that's kind of a bummer. I'm still getting it though. You can also see what I would guess would be the injection ports on his upper abdomen and on his biceps.

That 2nd head sculpt looks even more terrible than the 1st imho, the likeness is even further off and the expression is still way too muted. Just my 2c I think a big swing and a miss

unfortunately i have to agree with those who say the likeness is off. the head is definitely too long and the eyes too small. also, if they wanted to go with the battlecry expression, they should've gone all the way and done the "this is spartaaa!!" face.

the 1st headsculpt was much better.
