why not? What is it about the posing that the skin won't like?

apparently if you leave the rubber muscle bodies in un-natural poses over time it will deteriorate.

I dont think deterioration is a problem with that pose, no extreme angels, maybe the spear arm, but i think its ok.
But, with the left leg like that the trousers will leave a mark on the thigh.

As anybody managed to get a naturual looking bent at the elbow? Since there is no real joints in the arm (Sarah Connor have better arms in that aspect but less articulation) it tends to bend in a circle and not in a straght angle like a real elbow would.

Unless there is a joint in the elbow it won't bend to a point like a real elbow. I was bending the elbow the other day and wondering how far it could go - the body give no real indication of when it has reached its stress point.

Maybe if you use something (A metal ruler or something) to put in the crouch between the fore arm and the upper arm you could use that to bend against and get a better angle, but I haven't dared to test.

I doubt it - the rounding out is just a result of the outer elbow surface deforming in the most efficient way that it can. Unless there's something inside to force a pointier shape, it will tend towards being round.
