Same here! Got the text overnight and clicked through to order. Super excited to get this in hand...although I can wait a bit as the onslaught of releases continues for me!

I felt like I got on the waitlist late because of my deep place in line but wonder if those who didn’t get it out of the gate didn’t bother with waitlist…or cancels due to issues with Jokers hair or with the assumption the Dark Anakin is coming. Did you get on the waitlist?

There is no ryme or reason of the waitlist conversions from Sideshow.

In the Artisan Jack thread, someone got a waitlist conversion that signed up about a week after it went up. I tried for 45 minutes to add that to my cart and immediately joined the waitlist as soon as it changed over from the preorder button to join waitlist. I never got a conversion.

They also do it differently now where they send the conversion to a large group of people and its first to order at that point regardless of length of time given to order. They may have 20 more available, but they send the waitlist conversion to 50 people. It's the first of 20 to order at that point. The other 30 are SOL.

Good luck! I hope you get a conversion and I'd think you would eventually, even if it's not in this first batch of conversions. There's going to be a lot of cancelations for reasons I listed above earlier, plus I'm sure there's some flippers who are getting nervous that they won't be able to profit off it immediately.

I got on waitlist day 1. Holding out hope.

I am 90% sure the waitlist conversions are luck of the draw, it does not matter if you get on waitlist day 1 or day 100. I got a waitlist conversion for the artisan Jack Sparrow and I did not get on the list until days after it sold out.

You're going to cause Chris' head to explode with that revelation. Candidly, I have wondered that myself but hope that it's ordered by when you got on the list. I know I got on the list when I finally got to the product page and it was waitlisted. Jack Sparrow might've had fewer waitlists and went deeper, giving you the opportunity. Who the heck knows though.

Okay screw it, I bit. I didn’t think it was going to convert on me in the first place. Since I collect a lot of Star Wars this fits my collection.
