I don't specifically remember losing faith on the BD T-800. I'm sure I was very frustrated at how long HT made us wait but once the DX10 was shown I knew (what would be) DX13 would follow.

I don't recall that. But maybe I'm confusing the wait for the BD T2 with the wait for the Police Shootout T-800. DX10 not only convinced me (at that point for sure) that HT would indeed make a BD T2, it also convinced me that they'd eventually make another T1 figure.

Perhaps prior to the DX10 I had given up hope.

i was already thinking about a smart azz comment about iron man for the video but then i saw the end of it and that summed it up quite well

That was more entertaining than Godzilla, Maleficent and ASM2.
:lol

I especially loved the subtle yet cinematic use of music, Enya juxtaposed with Benny Hill.
So funny, yet so depressing..

:rock

Seriously considering selling most of my stuff and taking up gardening.

That video was both the funniest and saddest thing I have ever seen...

Great work DiFab!

I'm glad everyone enjoyed it. :lol I had a hunch it'd bring tears n' lolz. And yeah, if you guys want to spam Hot Toys social network with it, sure, be my guest.

After Joker, I intended to include Thor (and his back to back sleeve releases), Widow, Kevin Fegie and Clark Gregg signing dolls, Howard Chan pictures (and OSR interviews screen caps) and even more Iron Man, but the longer it got, the less humorous it seemed.

Great video. I really lol'd @ the Ledger 100 head sculpts sitting next to each other.

Batman Returns turns 22 years old today....

It was only 19 when Hot Toys announced this license.

That is freaking ridiculous.
