Hot Toys Announce Batman Returns License

I feel the exact same way. I've decided to skip '89 Batman and get the Returns version since I've always liked that suit more. I cannot pass on the Joker though! Also can't wait to see Catwoman and Penguin!

It would be nice to see a Selina Kyle / Catwomen two pack like Luke Skywalker. Catwomen design is perfect but in figure form very simple. A secretary Selina right next to Catwomen in a display case...is perfect. This is a opportunity to sculpt a very recognizable and beautiful Michelle Pffeiffer!!!

This would be great, but I don't think it will realistically happen. We'll get Catwoman with whip, alternate claw hands, (hopefully) Ms. Kitty and if all goes well, an alternate battle damage head sculpt.

the cool thing i like about Returns is the art. not just the artwork of the posters, but the art of the film. i like how burton made the film useing this idea of these "animal people". which is funny cuz i dont think i noticed that really. yes all the main characters are based on animals! lol. im sure hot toys will do these figures justice. i hope they make the Returns batman as sleek looking as his suit was in the film. i really liked that matte black sleek, almost like a greyish black as opposed to the BLACK black of the 89 suit, which i love as well for its naturalistic "animal skin" design. and im sure penguin will look amazing..imreally curious about how penguin will look. but batman and catwoman are pretty safe bets. but i am curious which outfit they will pick for penguin? he had a few various outfits and suits in the films that evoked that dickens time period style.
