Do you think we'll see all of these made?

I said this last night on twitter but if they all look like this I will be getting all of them. Assuming all of them are made.

At this point Hulk will be the biggest (pun intended) announcement as far as I'm concerned.

Cap = Superman.
Iron Man = Batman.

The Iron Man/Batman comparisons have been done to death. Now Superman is the perfect human, he has more humanity than anyone on Earth, a set of deep set morals and a farm boy charm. The irony play is that Superman is not human. That is part of the evolution of the mystique where he is more human than human. Cap is all of those things without the super powers.

Here is the thing, Kal-El doesn't have powers except when near Earth's yellow sun. Without it, he is still all of those things with no power. Steve Rogers is all of those things except without the Super Soldier Serum he had no power. Even Clark Kent who used to be portrayed as a puny bumbling human was what Steve was before the serum enhances him. At their root and before Sentry was added in, Captain America was Marvel's Superman. Remember back in the 1960s Lee and company wanted a more humanic group of superheroes, more real than DC which is why we have heroes with issues. Captain America is a Superman created by humanity's science and bringing him from the Golden Age into the Silver Age amongst their new heroes made him a man out of time, a man with an embedded set of problems.

I can't wait for the Avengers HT figures.

Now that we've gotten an Avatar figure, I'm much more inclined to think The Hulk will happen. I too hope all of them get made and will get them all if that happens. At the very least the core four; Cap, Iron Man, Hulk and Thor.

I like how everybody was always quick to criticize the Hulk character and look down on the movies (not necessarily in this forum) but now he is the most sought out hero in this movie.

Hulk is cool. I mean he's not my favorite character but I think he's cool. The first movie totally sucks horribly and is for me pure crap almost in every aspect the film could be, but the second movie is pretty damn cool and just totally the opposite for me. He's not the most sought after character for me but I will gladly buy his figure.

The first Hulk isn't a "Marvel" movie. Just a movie about a Marvel character.

Nah, not the first Hulk. That's one of the few movies I really regret paying to see in the theaters. Its pretty crappy from my pov anyways.

I know this will shock some that I don't like something.

For me it's not even the story or acting or anything. It's the crazy distracting comic-panel nonsense. It totally takes me out of the movie.

I couldn't stand the Hulk movie, the way it was shot, story, Hulk's coloring and even how pretty he was. I was so happy when Norton's Hulk came out, I really enjoy the film and Hulk's rage came across well on screen. I was bummed when I found out that Norton wont be playing Banner again, I thought he pulled it off nicely. I am looking forward to seeing the new Hulk and getting my hands on a HT figure.
