Yeah I want those too especially Hot Toys Selene :impatient::pray:.

Jack Sparrow all the way. Two fantastic scuplts. Not just mouth and cheeks. The detail is amazing. Comes with more than just a few "wonderful toys".

This thread is totally RIDICULOUS!
Why so little option to chose from? Why only some random last releases to vote for?
I don't get the fact of existing of threads like this, honestly.

IMHO, the best HT product (!) is MMS-91 The Godfather don Vito Corleone. When I'm saying "product" I don't mean only the "figure". Everything is brilliant about this figure: the sculpt, the paint-job (even nails are painted!), the cloth, the accessories (ooh! this chair and carpet-like stand, this shady background...). There is some great likeness in this figure and absolutely no huge black spots on it (like oversized hands, boots and undersized heads on the Jack DX or crooked Supermans' logo). And the package itself is a piece of an art, the only one in the whole HT line (OK! The Supermans' box was cool too :) ). So that's my opinion. HT don Vito Corleone is one of the best figures & products ever made by HT. Maybe THE best so far.

BTW, here is my own top 5 best HT figures & products (saying "products", again, I'm talking not about my personal preference, but about landmarks in the HT 1/6 lines; I'm not putting any vehicles in here):

5) TDK Joker DX or Keaton-Batman DX. Don't know whom I'd put on this number now, after the classic Batz released. So I'll put them bots and you can chose one. Just perfect DX sets. Like DX products should be done: incredible figures, great stands, the pile of accessories. Pure awesomeness.
4) Davy Jones. Very difficult character to do and very impressive work by HT. I think that the paint-job is brilliant on this guy and the compromise to the rubber suit is quite nice too. I like him a lot and pretty impressed how HT made this really not-easy-to-make guy.
3) Here I would like to give some credits to the muscular bodies. You can chose from kind Leonidas or Hellboy. Both figures are pretty the same in their insane quality. And even thou I like Leonidas more, I will stay with the Hellboy here, coz he simply has more very detailed accessories and staffs on him. So the Hellboy is #3, imho.
2) Endoskeletons T-800, T-700 and T-600. I'll run with the T-800 of course. No doubts. Just show it to any cinema fan and you'll head: "WOOOOW, that's AWESOME!!!! *__* ". Maybe they are not perfectly sculpted, but the engineering aspect can't be ignored. And it's pretty impressive.
1) Don Vito Corleone. Already sad naf about it above. Just an ultimate product, which was demanded even by those who don't care about collecting, but loves the movie a lot. An ultimate offer that you can't refuse. The figures' representation is most strong here, that's why I'm choosing Vito on #1, but not CR Superman or TDK Joker \ Keaton-Batman. Also, I think that it's fair enough to put CR Superman here as an option too, coz this figure is amazing product too. And that's the figure of dream for much longer time compare to the Jack Sparrow.

That was my top 5 where I've tried to give you some retrospective review of the HT lines, not just pointing on the favorite figure to date. And YES, I do have Jack Sparrow DX and I don't like it. I'll use it to improve the upcoming PotC-2 Cannibal Jack, to make custom Barbossa with the steering wheel and already took some pieces from him to my old custom Jack. BTW, I don't really like PotC-4, but if you think that tjis PotC-4 Jack DX is good to represent PotC-1-2-3 Jack - OK, it's your right. Or maybe you like PotC-4 mostly - that's OK too, I think.

I have to vote for Hellboy. That one blows me away every time I see it.

Hellboy and King Leonidas are my favorites. I got my hands on a Hellboy figure some weeks ago but I'm having a hard time finding a Leo..! :panic: This is madness!!!

RPD Leon S Kennedy

Super Articulated, fantastic tailoring TONS of extras + oodles of sentiment. My choice though.

If i was forced to Select one i didnt have personal feeling for it would be DX Jack

I think I know what you're getting at - the whole 'most recent' HT figure always seems to be 'the best yet' phenomenon we see on the boards. Although in all fairness I do think the ones in the poll certainly deserve nomination under the 'overall product' consideration you talk about.

I've only got Superman from that list but everything about it is fantastic - the presentation in the S Shield box, the way they make it displayable in itself, the character is iconic as is the actor, the figure is brilliantly realised (the odd QC issue on some figures excepted) with a superb likeness, it comes with a cool Fortress of Solitude environment that also serves as a stand plus a regular stand. Just an absolute winner - a figure of Superman that people have wanted for over 30 years.

The Keaton Batman has all the above things in its favour except perhaps the stand thing - not everyone likes the DX stands and this one has an unpopular inverted-colours Batsymbol. However many people hold it in the same regard as Reeve Superman at legendary status, been wanting a figure of it since '89 and again the realisation of the figure is incredible.

The Jack Sparrow, well, I'm not a fan of the films; think even the best of them was rather overrated - but the figure and the 'diorama' look mindboggling good. Certainly not one I'll be buying though.

Just wait until you get Batman a-dev, it'll blow your mind.

There are very few instances where I sit down an actually appreciate and play around with a figure for hours, and to date, '89 Batman, Tech Noir Arnold and the T-1000 have been the exceptions, Batman especially. The cape is crazy good and the headsculpt and PERS is the best Hot Toys has done so far and I'm not one to participate in these kind of "best of" polls.

Unfortunately, I got over the Reeve Superman really fast. It's iconic and I couldn't wait to finally own the character but once I opened the box, took the figure out, posed it a bit, I just didn't care that much anymore. It has a presence for the icon it is but on a figure level, it just doesn't do much for me.

Batman is like every kid's dream figure. The cape, the gadgets, that look, you can't put it down. Those Skynet Cyborg dudes are a close second though.

NEEDZ ME A BD T2!

The Superman was amazing, but Jack has much more going on. I don't have my Batman yet, but I'll be surprised if he changes my mind.

I think Jack Sparrow does take the cake in terms of attention to detail, but I also agree with Flosi and V-Raptor that there are others that, as a total package of a figure, are just as good. And the ones that came to mind for me were the T1 T-800 and Vito Corleone. T-1000 would also be pretty high up on my list because of all the insane options he comes with. The Mark IV/VI Iron Man is also very exceptional, with the only major flaw in my eyes being the Señior Stark head sculpt. A beautiful interpretation of Iron Man, with all kinds of nifty features.
