Just wait until you get Batman a-dev, it'll blow your mind.
There are very few instances where I sit down an actually appreciate and play around with a figure for hours, and to date, '89 Batman, Tech Noir Arnold and the T-1000 have been the exceptions, Batman especially. The cape is crazy good and the headsculpt and PERS is the best Hot Toys has done so far and I'm not one to participate in these kind of "best of" polls.
Unfortunately, I got over the Reeve Superman really fast. It's iconic and I couldn't wait to finally own the character but once I opened the box, took the figure out, posed it a bit, I just didn't care that much anymore. It has a presence for the icon it is but on a figure level, it just doesn't do much for me.
Batman is like every kid's dream figure. The cape, the gadgets, that look, you can't put it down. Those Skynet Cyborg dudes are a close second though.
NEEDZ ME A BD T2!
I'm gonna go with the big game changer here. I think most of us forgot, myself included, just how big of a evolution this figure was. Until another evolution on par with this one happens, BRJ must hold all the cards.

While the BR Joker was certainly another leap forward in HT's quality, they've pushed themselves even further since that figure. It's still one of their better figures, but in best to date, they've grown since.
Rambo 3 was a leap in paint and sculpt work for it's time, I'd say BR Joker marked the next stage in sculpt work, John Connor marked the next leap forward in paint work and I think now, DX Jack Sparrow sets the mark for detailing and overall effort.
Get that out of here.
Jack Sparrow is my first pick, then followed by 89' Batman.
