Someone will answer you. Don't take these comments to heart. I understood why you were asking this. Just couldn't help you as I don't own a custom cape.

I made mine from Velvet that i bought at a fabric store . I will be getting Iforignos hero cape soon :yess:

So heres the back of the cape and how it falls in the back
This is unfutzed - this is how it naturally hangs (no pun)

with flash , damn i need a lint roller :slap

Hope this helps :wave

I don't have an ilforigno cape. I made my own with rayon/spandex combo fabric, but I don't have any pictures right now. I have the same material on my Sideshow Vader and have this old picture of the back:

As you can see, it drapes beautifully and the folds are more natural to the scale these figures are in.

Just opened up my second one from Sideshow. First one was perfect. Happy to say my second is perfect as well. Ankles intact, no dent in the abs as far as i can tell, however a little shine on the forehead of Mr Wayne but I'm fine with that. Seems so cruel that alot of people had so many problems with one, and I got two that were perfect. :(

If anyone would like to email a SS rep directly, here is who to contact [email protected]

He will reply with an email requesting photos of the defects/issues with your figure. Within 5-7 business days he'll email you again with instructions on how to ship your figure back. Fedex/UPS will then email you a shipping label. Once they have your figure, they will send a replacement that has been checked for defects.

So, no more destroying the figure yourself? That's good. They must have realized what some of us already realized. "Hey maybe we can re-use the good parts". DOING.:lol

Ecko: That's a very nice cape you made there.

Thanks buddy i appreciate that .

I had bought a huge piece of velvet , which had a rayon type material on the reverse side , it was perfect . It was like 12 bucks from Joanne fabrics . The cutting sucked because i had to lay out the original HT cape and pin it down to make a template then trace that onto the velvet . The end result i was happy with . I still want Iforignos HERO though . With the piece i bought , i made like 4 capes :lol $12 bucks :yess:
