MIght have too. I'm gonna wait till friday and go from there.
Wierd.
For me it was like this:
1) I called and left a message stating my problem and leaving to contact numbers.
2) A message was left oneon my home answering machine stating that I would need to take pictures of the defect, and that I would shortly recive a email stating the same thing.
3) I recieved that email that day.
4) I sent the pictures right away attached to an email describing my defect in detail, and requesting a simple boot replacement.
That was Thursday, so I hope to get a reply within the next couple days.
Mine was completely different.Called wedensday, left a message.
Called thursday and talked to CS.
Waited till monday to send pictures
Called today and told to wait till friday

Your BB's pose is so awesome. Mine is in the same pose but the futzing on yours is crazy good.

I'll have to check when I get to work, but MRM's head, which is bigger than HT heads (though more accurate to an actual head size) must make undersized Bale's sculpt look like a pinhead.

Wow! Awesome Display Mag! Love the detolf+room light one.Flash or no flash, the BB Bat's pose and everything looks damn good. The way you've draped the cape does the magic, I guess.
Didn't try or just given up on putting the clips around the neck
Heard a lot of stories about how difficult it is with the new suit.

I sent in my picture of the boot last Thursday. Still no response but I'm waiting until Friday to call them. When I spoke with Daniel he said I was the 4th person that day he spoke to calling about the boot. So I am sure they are just backed up. I am not worried and am sure SS will take care of us.

Ok got mine in the morning, I have that 'dent' or warp on the right side of the abs, but twisting and pulling the suit over the tightness of the belt kinda takes care of it. My Wayne head too has a part on the forhead which has the gloss but thankfully quite less and not noticeable in normal lighting or underlighting. The left arm's wrist peg however is completely stuck in its position. It doesnt rotate move do anything so its the only issue Im bothered about. I know some of you have it... those who have how have you fixed it? Im scared of putting too much pressure as I dont want to break whatever is there and keep the rest stuck inside. Boiling water to pop the peg has no effect as the plastic is too hard...

Did you try using pliers? Like rotate it, if not pull it out, and then use hot water. Hope customs wasn't too harsh. Liju said he got slapped with $150!

It doesnt roate, turn blah blah NOTHING. its fixed. Even the op down ball is fixed. Hot Water is useless it shows no signs of softening no matter what. Liju got slapped with $150 as his whole shipment had both Batman and Predator. I was slapped $70 or so....

Actually I feel sorry for you guys - I personally have been living in the UK for the past 8yrs so have not had to deal with importing toys while in Pakistan... I dread the day that I have to do that
how much in indian rupees?? guess the charges are around 30%, but if u look at it, if ordering a similar hot toys from other retailers , they would charge around 60$ for shipping, in the end , i think we would have paid 30-35 $ over a normal hot toys order..for this one

how much was the shipping fees .for u and how was the pack out, any damage to the box, really sucks i havent been able to check mine yet

INR 3753 INCLUDING the FedEx Customs Clearance Charge/Fee. For other retailers we would have to pay $100 and more minimum. Its the cheapest price and for FedEx shipping to be $25 I say we got it real cheap.
Shipping was $25. The Pack Out was fantastic. Not a scratch on the main box or the shipper. Its totally worth it.
my combined shipping cost 40$ plus 150$ duty, so 190$ total , so 95$ per item , CSC charges 60$ per hot toys shipping, so 35$ extra only for one item.
glad to hear the pack out was good , probs customs didnt open it then
