I recently noticed that in the new Tumbler pics that even Bats' right knee cap pad is crooked there.
:horror
I began collecting HT 8 months ago. This is the first time I really get a hold of HT with rubber suit material.
I own Spidey, but his suit seems perfectly fine ( not expand or leaving strecth mark) but even if that happens, I still can buy another one.
but sadly not the case with this figure. I'm really lucky to get this Batman

I finally received mine from sideshow (flexpay). Even with the knee cap issue and the fact that the rubber feels a little strange, I must say that I love this figure and its one of my favorites. I'm only 3 months into this collecting thing, but I'm pretty satisfied so far. I would include a picture, but I'm browsing with my phone and don't think its possible that way. I don't own a laptop or computer.

Welcome to the forum Kal-El, I feel the this is the best Bale batman there is so congrats on getting him!

Thanks for the welcome. Here are a couple of pictures of mine. Nothing special. I keep my poses generic.

They were taken with my phone so sorry for the quality. There was also a chip on the batman logo that's on the stand. Don't know if Sideshow has any replacements for things like that.

I asked this in another thread, but no reponse yet:monkey2
So I'll ask again in here.....
Since I'm pretty new to Hot Toys and especially HT rubber suit material, I have a question.
anyone here have their batman suit expanded or even leaking because of constant pulling or playing it?
I want to be as careful as possible because of the difficulty to get just one of this figure.
many thanks!

Don't pull or play with it, these things are no GI Joe figures.

Get a case from Ikea, look at photos on the internet to find a pose you like, pose the figure, dust it once a week and leave it alone.

This is something I would like to know. I just placed mine in my detolf 2 days ago. How do I remove the dust that's bound to appear on the rubber suit? Is there a safe way to clean it compared to other methods? Thanks for any help provided, I'm a noob.

Some say this, but take care 'cause the initial burst can contain moisture:

thx logan.
BTW Lejuan, the batman suit somehow is like a dust magnet. I almost tempted to use a vacuum cleaner to remove the dust:lol

You know, I think some of you are comparing the wrong shots of Batman to the figure.

Some of those are pre-fitting suits for promotional shoots. Hence why Christian Bale's mouth area looks bigger and fuller in the movie than compared with the promotional shoot. The neck size is different.

^^^ :lol

I use the compressed air, and love it. If you hold it upright you shouldn't be blowing any moisture.

I've gone with a simply Maglor pose on mine now, I don't have a custom cape so it doesn't wrap round him unfortunately but I don't think the default cape looks to bad

Great pic Gipetto that is a very nice pose (one of the one used in the proto pics)

*my message is not too short*

haha will do probably tomorrow. This was from this past weekend and I barely had time to upload it today :slap

Now that i fixed the ankle on this figure I'll be taking more pics of him in the near future
