Have they said if there are 3 different heads included with this or are they just replacement face plates/eyes?

It's just showing 3 different display options, not different heads. Unfortunately I think his mask goes on top of his sculpt like Tech did.

Yeah I'm not sure how it will work as there are 2 different sets of eyes being shown and the brow sculpt is different across the 2 looks as well.

Just looked again and I think you're right, it's the lighting that's making the eyes and sculpt look different.

Lighting and positioning can do a hell of a thing to sculpts.
