What makes you think this is unlicensed? Or do you mean there's no likeness rights involved here like there might be with an unhelmeted Starkiller that looks like a young Sam Witwer?

Yeah, unlicensed was probably a poor choice of words but you got it. I meant there was no licensing an actual persons likeness for this sculpt.

Is the staining from the recent black robes from hot toys still a a thing now days? Or do they now use a different type of material for the fabric inside the robe to avoid such issues?

I'd wash any HT robes for good measure.
