I'm sure that's the diecast Mark 1 they've got in there!!The shoulder joint looks different.

The width and the depth may be the same but the height is about 4 cm taller but hard to tell. That's based on the product specs on the Facebook post and the original specs in 2013 on sideshows order page.

These were the original prices
Hall of Armor Iron Man 2 Set of 1 DS-001A $129.99
Hall of Armor Iron Man 2 set of 4 DS-001B $469.99
Hall of Armor Iron Man 2 Set of 7 DS-001C $799.99

So the new prices could be:
$150.00 for the one piece
$490.00 for the four piece
$900.00 for the seven piece

Now these are just my guesses. I hope that I am wrong and they are lower.

The price appears to be $35 lower, what am I missing here? Did they nerf the quality of these?

It's the original set that was plastic not whatever crap that was they put out for IM3. It's also cheaper than the set of seven was originally so that's cool.

Missed out on the originals. Will gladly pick up a set of seven this time around!

It's the original set that was plastic not whatever crap that was they put out for IM3. It's also cheaper than the set of seven was originally so that's cool.

A bit odd that they list these as part 3 in the marketing stuff though. Cool(and strange) if they are the same as the ones they made from part 2 AND cheaper several years later?

I am interested because I have picked up all the diecasts.

It is also used in IM3 so it can be used for both. I have the IM3 base so i will using that in my setup if i can find the room.

No that is part of the IM3 armor testing set.

These will fit the diecast armors, I have updated my original 7 and I think the die cast armors look better because they fill out the bay more


The work shop had this style of HOA Bay. IM2 had 4 bays and IM3 had 7, I think there might even be a scene with 3 bays at the beginning of IM2


The Wine cellar in IM3 had the other bay the Hoy Toys released in Styrofoam but it is very easy to paint them with "granite" type paint to replicate the look of concrete.




Seems like a good place for this
