Wouldn't you know it, as soon as these oil reports come in CSC sends me an email saying they're going to charge my credit card (which I need to update) for my second Batman.

That means that retailers are FINALLY going to get this guy in, but now this figure is sort of tainted from the news of today.

HT probably saw people are discovering the issue and are now rushing everything out to the retainers so as many people get charged asap before the impending cancellations.

I would have waited honestly. You guys should experience this in hand first, you know, just to know what it's like to experience it (because up until now it was literally the best or one of Hot Toys' best figures to date) but then immediately send it back to where ever you bought it from.

If this leaking is happening to everyone, it seems to happen immediately or atleast before most retailers return days expire (which is usually 30).

I can see how $224 + can be a bit of a gamble for some folks though, they may not want to juggle around with that much cash.

That's pretty good in under an hour. Especially with their Engrish/Communication.

Well, I'm going through with my order. I want to compare this with my first one that I got from Sideshow last month. See the differences, see what's going on like Rory.

I was sort of intrigued with the leaking issue with the DX 02 because I never had the first one, I only had the fixed DCD batch with the hard abs.

I remember reading about this a few weeks back from another memner. I was looking forward to this, but not if it means that in 3 years im gonna have a melted $250 fig on my shelf.
If this winds up being a MASS problem, that means ALL their future rubber figs will probably have the same issue.

I know Rory isn't making any of this up, but man, we're so close to April 1st. It would have been hilarious if someone put a few drops of water on this and posted this kind of stuff on April fools.
