My whole thing is I'd rather buy a different character with that amount rather than a duplicate which is close to the same.

I get that. But I'm already in that boat, I bought two DX10s and the only thing is different is the shirts and weapon loadouts.
At least 2 is the only way to go and you made the right decision. 
It has crossed my mind to buy a second one and part out everything but the extra body, but my DX11 part out kind of stalled and I don't want to be stuck with more extra stuff I don't need.

As much as I disliked T3 for what it was, as a Terminator movie that should not have existed, I loved the battle damage Arnold had the last portion of the movie.
It was nice seeing half of his face with flesh and half of it with Endo compared to this one where only his cheek and eye area is exposed. I wouldn't mind a sculpt of a head with this level of battle damage.
Here's a gif I made regarding that battle damage. Would be cool to have that hollow area you can see on his Endo side right by his jaw.

Makes sense to me. Both versions will look great next to the DX10. You could always try and score the body parted out somewhere, if your worried about getting stuck with the extra items too.

T3 BD is freaking awesome and so is your gif!!! 
Problem is they didn't think to light up inside his mouth when he's talking. If his whole cheek and the back of his head is ripped away there should be light getting in there.

I'm with you on this! I never liked T3 as a movie, but have always been a huge fan of the battle-damaged T-850 seen at the end of the movie. Hope Hot Toys will make one of these someday!

I would reckon so. Can't say 100% but the BD sculpts do very much look like they're based on the DX10 sculpt which obviously fits on the DX10 body.

I would say so. The whole reason Hot Toys probably put out the TT MMS20 bodies is for collectors to make up two figures from the DX13, and the TT MMS20 is the exact same as the DX10.

Hmm...Only reason Im asking is coz Ive been contemplating getting the dx10 (i have the dx13 on PO) and swapping the slightly damaged HS onto that one. But all round is iy worth getting the dx10 if I have the dx13 coming?

My idea is to have the Semi-BD head and the BD body, but only with the BD grey T-shirt. I want the DX10's jacket, hands and pants because until the nitrogen tractor trailer crash, his clothing wasn't in as bad a shape as the clothing the DX13 clothes will be in. I want that "Stay here, I'll be back" to "We need your truck" look.

Yea I was thinking along those lines too but I thought for the price of just the parts I might as well buy the entire figure. And this way I could have the full BD figure with his arm missing too.

Yeah, I was thinking about that too. Maybe just getting an extra pair of non-bd pants to cover up the leg wound and that's pretty much how it is just before entering the steel mill.

Not from what I've seen on the DX13 jacket, there are some pretty big rips in the sleeves of the jacket. Bigger than what would come from bullet holes.
