I keep spending money to keep myself entertained in the meantime. The delays are costing me dammit.

Well, its money I would have been spending anyway at some point. Rebuilding a police shootout figure, updating a few other figures. I buy one part and decide feck it I might aswell buy this and this to finish that other figure etc etc

Ok.. I'll bite..

IT'S NOT A TOOMAH!
:lol That's what I was gonna say, but you beat me to it. :wink1:

That is exactly what I'm talking about. I have bought way too much stuff lately :horror By the way, how is the rebuild going?

Very good actually. Its pretty much done, I'm just waiting on a matching set of gloved hands with at least one trigger finger (DX10s) and a DX10 body. I've decided to use the MMS02 T1 jacket but I don't like how it fits on the larger MMS136 body. I also need to attach an extra magazine to the AR-18.

Ideally I'd also have at least a head repaint. One area where my old PS figure will be superior to my new one is it had the endo eye and the repaint.

Awesome a-dev.:hi5: The repaint would be great with an endo eye, but a lot of us are going with that bloody eye look, until the real one comes along some day :impatient: I can't wait to see it over on the MMS 136 thread.

Any WIP pictures a-dev?

Just don't explode when the day after you have completed him HT announce him.

The only explosion would be in my pants. I would just repurpose my kitbashed version for something else in that eventuality. That's the great thing, this stuff never really goes to waste.

No pictures yet, but y'all have basically seen it if you've done one yourself. Still I'm probably due a new round of pic taking after all this.

True I wish I was a bit more like you mate and get my finger out and bash one myself but I have decided to wait (maybe stupidly) on HT releasing him in 1/6 scale.

Are you getting the parts easily enough and are they costing an arm and a leg.

Looking forward to the pictures.

I am wheelchair-bound and I'm waiting to be able to afford a bionic left arm. Probably some time after I stop buying toy parts.

:rotfl

You have your priorities all the wrong way around.

In all seriousness is he coming along nicely?

He is, thanks. Complete with dancing-ballet pose. :D

Good to hear, looking forward to seeing some updates.

So what you are saying is that your Terminator would more likely be seen in the Blue Oyster Bar rather than the Tech Noir nightclub. :wink1:

This was really the only great HT for me from last year aside from the DX10. The comic book movie figures are good but don't have the staying power or nostalgic appeal. I hope the delay is due to refining the sculpt.

I think i'm going to build my own here soon. Shouldn't be too bad. I just need the Muscular body, pants, shirt, and the jacket, plus a few other things here and there.

Some pics from STGCC:

I don't think all of those pics were posted, just a couple. That first pic looks nice, more of a profile view of the head than we've seen before and it looks nice.

Can't ****ing wait. The excitement is going to be jolly good indeed.

One thing though, I don't see the steel rod in those shots. I hope they still intend to include it with the accessories as I consider it pretty damn important to the steel mill scenes.

Have they ever done that before? Shown something like that, and then not had it in the final product?
