Yes P. I think it was you the one who told me something similar about a year ago...
So far ive bought 25 dx13 heads... And this is the last one i have... You don't want to know what happend to the rest...
And the conclusion is, i dont what to have to buy another one, because it would happen again, and this head would become part of the other 25...
And mind you, each of those 25 heads, I've bought them at different yet high prices, and even worse, needed to find ways to get them to be brought to ecuador...
Our god dammed president won't allow for things to bought from abroad and brought to ecuador without paying absurd taxes...
Every time, buying and getting this figures has been a mission impossible... The same, with each little piece bought on evil bay...
Yet... Here we are...

i don't understand how you distinguish those dots from all other dots. if you lived close to me, you could come by and choose one of mine in exchange for yours :lol

wow you're brutal in your seeking for perfection. for that money you could purchase a dotless repaint. because, as they all have dots, there will be no perfect one.

Like i said... I might be crazy... And... If there was someone capable of a good repaint here in ecuador... But... There is not one single person, with the right tools and proper care and knowledge to do the job right

Haha... Dont make such an offer... You might end up with me at your door...
I've spent enough on figures and heads, that it wouldn't be too hard to get a flight to wherever you live...

Question about the arm joints on this figure: one of the pegs on the main part of the left arm has broken off. Is it possible to replace the entire joint if I had a spare body to pull it from?

Haha... Thanks man... But still, looking at those "freckles" make me kinda sad...:p
At this point, im getting more enjoyment out of the 238, even when i know the dx13 is better as a whole...
Its just that the head on the 238 seems "cleaner" regarding those "freckles"...

looks a little strange on the front (due to original head shape, i guess), but that's damn fine work. brings life, especially this shot.

hair instead of plastic really changes everything for this character.

Not a fan of rooted hair, but damn, I love that! Love the profile and back shots, really puts emphasis on his damage and wounds. Really well done.

It's a great hair-rooting job. I would trim the sideburns a bit but other than that the only problem is it's based on the Hot Toys head-shape which is wonky with the back of the head bulging upwards.

Looks good though and better than the stock figure.
